The research topic has mainly discussed the processing technology of liner for petroleum perforating charge. In the course of the charge’s perforating the casing and cement sheath, then entering the formation, the liner determines the charge’s penetration depth. Therefore, how to produce higher quality liner is the crux of the present petroleum production technique. The main factors that influence the perforating performance of liner are as follows:liner’s structure design (cone angle), materials and density, arrangement of weight and charge quantity, compactness, etc.According to the liner’s weight and compactness, this paper improve the original powder feeding mechanism, add with dynamic weighing system and PLC control system, compose the powder automatic feeding system in order to control the process of feeding powder exactly and real-timely, and to realize the error of a batch of liners’weight within±0.1g. As well as, this paper improve the spinning system, put forward a method of increasing the punch pressure to improve liner’s compactness and verify its feasibility, then carry out static analysis on the key parts(spindle and bearing chock) of the new spindle system with ANSYS, verify whether the strength of the two parts above meet demand. The main work in this paper is as follows:(1) The mechanical structure of powder automatic feeding system has been designed, including feeding and weighing parts. Mechanical part mainly introduces the structure and working principle of screw powder delivery. Screw powder delivery is a kind of volume type feeding institution with single rectangular thread. Screw and thread are both made so exactly that the stability and accuracy will be guaranteed. Full closed design has no effect to environment. Weighing system uses TXB621L electronic balance of Shimazhu. Its range reaches2g-620g, precision is±0.1g, average response time is usually2s, completely meet the weighing demand.(2) Control system of powder automatic feeding system has been designed. The principle is based on PID closed-loop control. Control system is composed with PLC and touch screen. PLC and sensor are chose and human-machine interface is done.(3) The key parts of spindle system are have been analyzed by ANSYS. Based on the theoretical analysis about the metal powder’s deformation during the process of spinning and the relationship between pressure and density, the analysis is carried out on the key parts of the new spindle system.The research on the subject has been used in actual production, ensuring the quality of powder liner, and it increased production efficiency. Meanwhile the results of this study can also be applied to other manufacturing powder metallurgy products.
