| For the manufacturing enterprise,the supplier is related to the performance output and the competitiveness.Modern competition has changed from "competition between enterprises and enterprises" to "supply chain and supply chain competition".One of the key elements of scientific and efficient management of supplier in the supply chain become the outcome of competition.After nearly thirty years of development in China’s bathroom industry,the industry capacity is relatively overcapacity and the competition is intensifying.At the same time,the market demand is beginning to change to the direction of multi style,individualization and small order.A supplier management mode based on mass and general product demand is gradually appearing in quality,order response speed and other aspects,which restricts the further development of enterprises.This paper takes a typical bathroom manufacturing company S as the research background,based on learning and studying the theory of supplier management,and in-depth enterprise research.On the basis of grasping the industry status and the current situation of supplier management in S company,this paper analyzes the main problems and causes of S company’s supplier management,and puts forward a series of targeted improvement measures.First,on the basis of classifying the suppliers according to the material category,S puts forward two dimensions,namely,the purchase amount and the supplier’s market position,to refine the suppliers and formulate corresponding management strategies.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of S supplier’s previous evaluation criteria,set up the evaluation index system,and then applied AHP to evaluate the suppliers.Finally,in view of the problem of low supplier performance,performance support and diversification of performance incentive mechanism are adopted.The results show that:through the classified management of suppliers,can clear the focus of management,improve management efficiency;through the scientific evaluation index system and method,is helpful to find the merits of the supplier and the insufficiency,in order to control the number of suppliers and the survival of the fittest;through incentive performance coaching and performance of suppliers,supplier performance has improved.The research results of this paper can provide useful inspiration for other enterprises to improve the management of suppliers. |
