As the intensifying competition of the automobile industry,the newly-established vehicle manufacturing companies need to make the best use of supplier resources if they want to have well development.Therefore,supplier management is very is important.As one of the key means of supplier management,supplier performance management is extremely important.The newly-established vehicle manufacturing companies need to use effective supplier performance management scheme for supplier-management in order to build a competitive supplier system,improve the procurement efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The dissertation researches from the background of the H company,and current situation of H company’s supplier performance management scheme,by using the theory of supplier management and performance management method,analysis the main problems of H company on supplier performance management.Based on the previous studies,proposes the improvement approach of H company’s supplier performance management scheme.Mainly according to the following aspects:Based on the theoretical study of supplier management and the current situation of H Company,the suppliers of H Company were divided into strategic commodity suppliers,leveraged commodity suppliers,bottleneck commodity suppliers and non-key commodity suppliers,and formulates different supplier performance management scheme.Using the literature survey method to formulate the performance management indicators of H company’s existing suppliers;Using the AHP method to formulate the weight of supplier performance index;According to the characteristics of classified suppliers,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for the comprehensive evaluation of Class I and Class II suppliers,and the linear weight method was used for the evaluation of Class IV suppliers.Establishes supplier performance management committee for supplier performance management to ensure the fairness,impartiality,effectiveness and ensure effective implementation of supplier incentive and performance improvement.
