With the development of national cultural revival strategy,cultural industry is increasingly subject to national attention and support.In the next five years,China culture industry will gradually develop into a national strategic pillar industry,growth rate will reach more than 15%a year.In "13th Five-Year" period,cultural industry will continue to make great strides in the development,also will become one of the new powers of economic growth.Among them,the museum is one of the most important parts of culture industry,which is kept and displayed every city of historical and cultural heritage and an important physical carrier.Hailin is currently the only company in Fujian region which has registered "culture and museum" of the enterprise,how to compete with other enterprises,how to win the position in the uncertain market is what the significance of enterprise development strategy research.This paper reviewed the theory and mode of strategic transformation,and analyzed the current situation of the development of high-end hotel and museum industry development status and trends,and used five strengths models to analyze the competition status of museum decoration.After the combination of the core competitiveness of HaiLin decoration,the transformation of Museum decoration in the field of internal support are analyzed,pointed out that the strategic transformation has certain feasibility.This paper argues that the enterprise development strategy should include the overall strategy,business strategy,and the corresponding support system.The overall strategy should clarify the mission vision of the group,guide the company's strategic choice,and determine the company's business portfolio,design business growth path for the future development direction and model.Business strategy is a clear focus on the business sector in the development of the company's position,the allocation of resources,clear business development opportunities.Support system is focused on the requirements of the strategy,the establishment of strategic implementation of the organization and operation system,including organizational structure,management processes,etc.
