The Study Of Real Estate Enterprises Interior Design Management Standard

Today,the real estate industry is increasingly equipped with financial attributes-financing pressures make it necessary for every company and project to increase the rate of project turnover.As the important part of project management and control,design management can be said to be the control trend of the whole industry.Standardization management of design management can be described as:adopting a standardized management framework to control the entire process of the enterprise design process.This paper starts with the interior decoration design management in design management,and studies its standardization framework and mode.The literature review method was used to analyze the research status of design management standardization at home and abroad.The design management standardization system of domestic leading enterprises such as Vanke,Zhonghai and Evergrande was introduced in detail through the survey;on this basis,the actual project case was combined with Evergrande Real Estate.The interior design of the interior is standardized for a more detailed analysis.The results of this study show that all real estate enterprises have different degrees of design management standardized control system,and the higher the degree of standardization,the more economic benefits will be brought.The case analysis shows that,as far as Hengda Real Estate is concerned,the adoption of standardized interior decoration design management can bring significant benefits in terms of quality,cost,progress and so on.At present,Hengda Group's design management standardization system still has room to improve,so the standardization system,put forward optimization ideas,specific optimization measures and other aspects of the proposal.This paper hopes to provide some reference and suggestions for the construction of decoration design standardization system in real estate enterprises.
