| With the development of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for high-quality residential interior design is growing.At the same time,the impact of residential industrialization trend on the design and construction of residential buildings is gradually deepening,which objectively leads to the innovation demand for the existing inefficient interior design mode.The research of interior design standardization is gradually promoted in the front-line interior design enterprises.This paper studies the standardization of interior design from the perspective of theory,current situation,problems and strategies.First,based on the relevant concepts and theories,this paper analysed the differences and relations between interior design standardization and housing industrialization.Throughout the development process of interior design,from architectural decoration to interior design,interior design has changed from the initial surface decoration to the overall construction of internal space environment.In the current stage of development,full decoration and prefabricated decoration are the key areas of the development of interior design standardization,and the realization of both needs the cooperation of standardized design.Secondly,this paper combs the current situation of residential interior design standardization in China.First of all,from the perspective of history,China’s ancient wooden frame building system is the earlier and more complete standardized system of architectural design and construction,but it has not been inherited from modern times.The idea of modern standardization is mainly from the west,and in recent years began to affect the interior design industry.The research of residential interior design standardization is mainly started in the front-line interior design enterprises.This paper interviews and surveys design companies,interior designers and residents in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou and finds out that these stakeholders do not exclude standardized design methods.But for design companies,the balance between research and output value needs to be weighed.Designers hope that standardization can be reasonably involved in the interior design workflow,while residents are only interested in the design quality and do not care about the design form.Finally,it summarizes the current application of standardization in residential interior design,mainly divided into the whole space and single space standardization,such as Vanke,No.3 building of talent apartment in Jiangbei,Nanjing,and the standardization of kitchen and bathroom,but they are only suitable for low-end residential.The design mode mainly uses modularization,component standardization and integrated design.Based on the research results and the foreign successful cases,this paper puts forward four problems about existing standardized interior design mode:(1)coexistence of multiple standards,lack of macro control;(2)lack of architectural coordination;(3)difficult to establish market standards;(4)lack of research and development for high-end market,and puts forward four optimization strategies:(1)through improving policy guidance,refining market norms to provide the basis for standardization intervention;(2)developing integrated interior design and standardization of buildings;(3)active developing interior design pattern language makes the standardization can be clearly and quickly integrated into the workflow of interior design;(4)the establishment of standardized general product library and feedback mechanism makes the interior design standardization sustainable development.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the application of standardization in interior design.Through the guidance of interior design pattern language,this paper decomposes the interior space of residential house,and formulates the standardized plane atlas and standard component library.Taking 11 spaces as examples,this paper expounds the basis of decomposition and reorganization of residential interior space,the generation logic of standard plane and the supporting interior design module.Finally,combined with the project that the author participated in,the author puts forward the views and summary on the application of standardization in the high-end residential market. |
