Research On The Project Management Of Residential Interior Decoration

With the improvement of people’s living, people hope to live in a comfortable house. Thus it led to the development of interior decoration design. Since the 70s and 80s last century, interior decoration industry is gradually flourishing in China, followed by the formation of the interior decoration project management professional. Anya larger decoration project, often is responsible for the decoration of the contractor. The contractor to carry out quality management becomes the key of the success of a large indoor decoration. Indoor decoration engineering project quality management is a decoration company’s external window, and the basis of decoration enterprise management. How to optimize the environmental management and the corresponding conditions is an important question. We find the problems and try to give the relevant solutions. In this paper, the specific research contents are given by: home decoration design management concept, management content, housing decoration function and cost anal ysis, decorate a design scheme selection and optimization. Firstly, we introduce the ba ckground and give our research purpose on the topic of current research. We perform the detailed analysis and the discussion. The main research contents and research methods in the thesis are explained briefly. Secondly, based on the theory of project qua lity management, we mainly overview modern engineering project quality management, indoor decoration engineering project quality management method and the signifi cance of a detailed analysis of management content. Furthermore, we analyze resident ial interior decoration project quality management and give related theoretical analys is around the decoration engineering quality management in detailed analysis and su mmary. Finally, the case of this project- Harbin institute introduces the relational area residential projects, Harbin institute of relational area residential project is a project of Harbin institute, first of all, the content of the professional engineering detail and co ntractors working on the simple discussion, second the key difficulties in the project management are pointed out in detail. The processes of decoration project quality management is analyzed. The main stage is divided into the following sections: design management, construction management, bidding management, and quality controlpoints. The completion project evaluation content management aspects are analyzed and discussed. At the same time the problems existing in the process of implementation are given. The method to solve these problems is detailed presented and discussed. Finally we summarizes the research and summary, and put forward the requirement to do the corresponding research in the future work.
