The Sales Process Optimization In A 4S Shop Named J Shop

Since China's reform and development,China's automobile manufacturing industry has gradually entered a rapid development track,and become an important support of economic development.In 2009,the government's automobile consumption policy stimulating as well as automobile consumption demand made China's auto sales a rapid increase,which reached the annual sales of 13.665 million units.China has become the world's largest new-car-sales market.However,the current Chinese auto industry is also facing an unprecedented crisis,especially for the car 4S shop,as the dealers,they have to experience great pressure of competition and management.This article will study a 4S shop's(hereinafter referred to as J shop)sales process.It has been 6 years since opening business.Its products come from C brand,which sees a high-speed business increase,so the number of customers and their needs have significantly improved.Now,the sales Process has exposure more and more problems becoming the limitation of further development.This essay will first sort out the theory and method of process optimization,then follow the actual situation of J shop,through a variety of means of investigation,way to find the J shop sales process problems,and through the process to improve the Methods,such as: ASME,flow chart analysis and other reasons for the analysis of the problem.Then,according to ESEIA,PDCA improvement and other methods,the process and process-related organizational structure,personnel ability and other factors to optimize,and ultimately evaluate the effect of the process optimization.The essay will focus on the transformation of the sales process in order to make J stores in the current competitive automotive brands,automotive services in the formation of differentiated competition,and in the future work for the J shop and other similar 4S shop sales process optimization to provide more references.
