| Since the reform and opening up,China’s automobile industry has been developing rapidly.In order to seize the market,domestic and foreign automobile enterprises are committed to researching new products to meet the needs of different customers.A vehicle that is the key to the success of the product during the vehicle development,the development progress not only faster and higher quality,product definition must be clear,which requires the closure of the development process of high practicability,can make a huge company system precision quickly run up,so you can take advantage in the market.H company as determined to develop independent luxury brand car companies need to ensure the quality of new models quickly and to market,but the H company car development process still exist many problems,such as product project is not science,not considerate,when project,lead to products after years of research and development cycle,when it cannot form effective competitiveness;The definition of functions among departments is not clear,leading to buck-passing among departments,which seriously affects the development efficiency and functions overlap among departments,leading to the waste of human resources;Serious wall between departments,low collaborative work efficiency;There are information barriers within the company,which affect the project schedule;Mass production verification efficiency is low,product quality is not good.The final result is long development cycle,high development cost,resulting in low product sales.Through the analysis of the company’s product development and project management mode,this study understands the current situation of project management application in the process of automotive product development of the company.Combined with the project management theory and method of new product development,Focusing on the department collaboration,organizational structure,information communication,improve the stability of the development quality of these research contents of the company’s automobile research and development project management is analyzed,the problems involved in it are explained,and through the continuous optimization of the program,and then achieve the purpose of increasing the company’s profit rate.Through product demand management process optimization,clear job responsibilities,organizational adjustment,information communication process optimization and other measures to improve the efficiency of product development.Finally,it puts forward the necessary guarantee measures to make the optimized process effective.The process will be pilot first,and then optimized through the idea of PDCA for a period of time before it is implemented in the whole company.It is suggested to carry out the necessary knowledge and experience guarantee measures and personnel skills training measures.In the final chapter of the paper,the content of this study is summarized and some planning suggestions with practical significance are put forward according to the actual situation.At the same time,the shortcomings of this study are analyzed,hoping to solve related problems in the future.This study is based on the actual situation of H Company’s new product research and development,and has developed some feasible schemes according to the actual situation of the company,which also has practical reference significance for some other enterprises in the same industry. |
