Study On The Optimization Of FAW Jiefang Automobile Product Development Process

During the last forty years of reform and opening up,China's national economy and per capita income have made great progress and improvement.Automobile products have become an important tool to promote social development,and the automobile industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy.Vehicle product development is an extremely complex system engineering,with large investment,long cycle,and high quality and safety requirements.Facing the changing policies and regulations and the increasingly fierce competition market,the major automobile manufacturers are studying how to develop the high cost performance products to meet the market demand in the shortest time.In order to stand in an invincible position,a car enterprise must abandon the past model of extensive product development and management,strengthen the project management of new product development,continuously optimize the development process of automobile products,and develop a new product with short cycle,low cost,high quality and meet the market demand.This article attempts to optimize the development process of FAW's existing vehicle products.Firstly,the current status and problems of the development process of FAW free vehicle are analyzed.The main problems are long product development cycle,high cost of product development,poor quality of product development,and in-depth analysis of product development cycle,cost and quality.Secondly,the optimization objective and optimization method of the new product development process are clarified,and the development cycle of the whole vehicle product is optimized by using the synchronous engineering,and the development time of the whole vehicle product is shortened.The cost of the vehicle development is optimized by using the cost against the standard to reduce the development cost of the whole vehicle product.The method of volume problem avoidance can optimize the quality of vehicle product development and improve the quality of vehicle productdevelopment.The optimization plan of vehicle product development cycle includes project planning optimization and so on.The optimization scheme of vehicle product development cost includes the content of the cost optimization of dismantling,and the optimization scheme of the vehicle product development quality includes the evasion of the quality of the development quality.Finally,from the organizational structure and organizational performance,we put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme for the development process of the FAW free vehicle,and pre evaluate the optimization benefit of the development process of the FAW free vehicle.Through the research on the optimization of the product development process of the FAW free vehicle,this paper discusses how to apply the modern project management idea in the automobile product development project,optimize the vehicle development cycle,improve the quality of the vehicle product development,and reduce the development cost of the whole vehicle,thus supporting the goal of the whole car product project and improving the product.Competitiveness can increase economic efficiency and promote sustainable development of enterprises.This paper studies the optimization of the product development process of the FAW Automobile Co.,Ltd.,which not only provides value for the future development of the enterprise,but also has some reference significance for the automobile enterprises in the same industry.
