Schedule is the core content of the engineering project;progress control is the essential method to complete the task and to achieve the desired objective by performing the contract smoothly;which has important meaning to achieve the overall goal of the project management.In this paper,through theoretical knowledge induction graduate career,the main issues combing the project management system,combined with the experience in the experience in J company project,study the owner how to control the progress of the project,how to complete the schedule.According to the questions in full,to analyze and solve problems the basic train of thought to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study.During the study,in view of the actual project operation and environmental conditions,combined with the project schedule management theory at home and abroad for J company project WBS work decomposition,comprehensive and detailed work will be subdivided refining partition fragmentation and responsibility to the people.Assurance work leave no dead Angle,and scientific division determine the milestone and each work order,using the method of multiple schedule management methods including network diagram,gantt chart,reasonable scientific establishment feasible schedule.For behindSchedule management is an important module in the project management,which has irreplaceable status and role of project construction management,project management is a key to the success of th system are discussed,this paper hope to provide a template for the schedule management of late J company to make progress schedule management,management rules,at the same time,hope can provide reference fore the similar project progress manegement.
