Research On The Progress Management Of TX Group Secondary School Reform Project

With the rapid development of the domestic economy,constru,ction projects have gradually increased.Due to the imperfect management of construction enterprises in project construction,there are many problems in project construction.If the project schedule can not be completed on time,the required resources can not be effectively met,and the allocation of resources is unreasonable,the existence of these problems will directly affect the level of project management,which will lead to the general low level of construction project management in China.In order to effectively improve the above conditions,construction enterprises or project developers need to exercise strict management in the course of project construction,especially to strictly control the project construction schedule,in which the formulation of a complete project management plan is the key.It is also the basis for the effective implementation of the project management system.Under this background,the research purpose of this thesis also arises,that is,when China's construction enterprises carry out progress management for engineering projects,they must adapt to the development trend of project management,and only adapt to the general trend of project management development.To ensure that the project schedule management is more targeted and effective.We should fully understand the basic requirem,ents of the local construction project management,and also give full consideration to the development of the local real estate market.It is also nec'essary to meet the relevant requirements of the renovation of supporting facilities for residents'lives,the government's increase in the number of schools and the balanced development of compulsory education,putting people first,and providing education that the people are satisfied with.This paper uses literature analysis and case analysis to study the case objects and finally concludes that the progress management of the TX Group's secondary school renovation project must ensure that it can improve its own progress management level,which requires that the project must proceed from its own reality.Adopt the progress management model which combines domestic and foreign experience to perfect and optimize the progress management scheme.At the same time,it is hoped that the relevant research in this paper can provide scientific reference for the improvement of other similar project schedule management,so as to strengthen the effective,standardized and scientific management of project schedule.
