| With the raise of “Internet+” concept and the release of “manufacturing 2025” strategy,higher requirements for the main direction of China’s manufacturing industry from big to strong have been put forward.At present,the theoretical research on promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprise with “Internet+” concept is still in its infancy and the research mainly focuses on the back-end of value chain,such as intelligent logistics,Internet e-commerce and so on.There is not much research on the overall level of "Internet + manufacturing”,so it is difficult to provide strong theoretical guidance and policy recommendations for the enterprise intelligent manufacturing management practice in the Internet and big data environment.In view of the fact above,this paper focuses on the motivation and law of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises under the background of "Internet +".On this basis,the path of transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing enterprises is put forward and the feasibility of the upgrading path is proved by taking Haier group as a case.“Internet+” promotes the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing enterprises and ultimately promotes the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry with its great and profound influence on the production mode,research and development mode,value chain and management mode of China’s manufacturing enterprises.In terms of production mode,the Internet promotes large-scale customization and the intelligent manufacturing of manufacturing enterprises towards digitalization,networking and intelligence.In terms of research and development mode,the concept of making use of the mobile Internet and cloud platform,the power of the creation movement and consumer is practiced.In terms of value chain,the Internet promotes modular development of the manufacturing enterprise value chain and improves operational efficiency.In terms of management mode,the Internet upgrade the concept from the "product centric" to "user centric" of the traditional manufacturing enterprise management and promote the change of the organizational structure of manufacturing enterprises.Under the influence of the self-deficiency of manufacturing enterprises and external good environment,manufacturing enterprises have the motivation of transformation and upgrading.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of "Internet +" driven manufacturing enterprises from the breadth and depth."Internet+" can penetrate from the transmission of information to manufacturing,operations,sales and other value chain links,and penetrate from the information communication industry to other industries.As the main penetration direction,manufacturing enterprises can use it to build intelligent manufacturing network in the context of collaborative manufacturing,integrate multi resources and services,and achieve transformation and upgrading.Secondly,this paper proposes the transformation and upgrading path of manufacturing enterprises.The process of transformation and upgrading can be linear,from shallow to deep link between each level,but may also appear a leap pattern of nonlinear transformation and upgrading path in the actual process.Finally,with the transformation case of Haier group,this paper analyzes how Haier group achieve transformation and development by taking the Internet as a basic and platform tool and taking users as the core to promote interactive innovation and continuous optimization of technology,production mode,innovation model and business model. |
