Research On The Application Planning Of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology In Shipbuilding Enterprises

With the development of many new generation of information technologies and network technologies, e.g. Internet of Things technology, big data technology, cloud computing technology, great changes have occurred in the global manufacturing industry. To meet the huge challenges and opportunities, many countries have taken various strategic measures concerning Intelligent Manufacturing. And as the world shipbuilding market is still in the doldrums, our countries' shipbuilding industry is of urgent need to enhance their competitiveness and become stronger through the upgrading. The integration of various burgeoning Intelligent Manufacturing key technologies and supporting technologies, e.g. new generation of information technology, network technology, manufacturing technology, management technology, systems engineering, can effectively promote our countries' shipbuilding enterprises to overcome the current bottleneck of the development, and make our countries' shipbuilding enterprises towards digital, intelligent and networking one step closer. It can also help us catch up with advanced shipbuilding countries, and achieve the goal of shipbuilding powers.In this context, this paper conducts a preliminary exploration and overall planning of the application of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology from three aspects: the connotation, features, and technology system of intelligent shipyard, application mode in various fields, and phased implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology in shipbuilding enterprises.Firstly, on the basis of the theory and related technologies of Intelligent Manufacturing, and according to the features of shipbuilding enterprises and development present situation in our country, this paper proposes the connotation and features of intelligent shipyard. Also it describes intelligent shipyard's vision in the future, and builds the architecture of intelligent shipyard. And it puts forward Intelligent Manufacturing Technology system and seven application fields in shipbuilding enterprises.Secondly, this paper makes researches on the Intelligent Manufacturing Technology system, and puts forward application mode in various fields of shipbuilding enterprises. It includes the application mode of supply chain management, shop floor control system, energy management, and environmental safety monitoring based on Internet of Things technology. It also makes researches on the application mode of intelligent production based on industrial robotics, and the application mode of resources integration and intelligent decision support based on big data and cloud computing technology.Finally, this paper makes researches on planning of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology implementation in shipbuilding enterprises. It analyzes problems of introducing and developing Intelligent Manufacturing Technology that shipbuilding enterprises will faced, and puts forward the solutions. Also it makes the overall plan of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology implementation process, and puts forward the general framework. In addition, it sets graded objective of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology implementation. Then, according to the present development of several leading shipbuilding enterprises, it proposes preliminary plan of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology implementation to achieve intelligent shipyard as the ultimate goal.
