| With the rapid development of information and communication technology,the world economy has undergone systematic,comprehensive and profound changes.The gradual acceleration of the transition from the industrial economy to the digital economy has also brought about major changes in the production and lifestyle of human society.In the process of transition from the material world to the digital world,in order to solve the main contradictions of Chinese society in the new era,that is,to meet the people’s increasing demand for a better life,to pursue social balance and comprehensive development,manufacturing is the focus of international competition.The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry needs to adapt to the development laws of the digital age,new system theories and methods need to be formed,and it is necessary to promote the interactive integration and coordinated development of strategic goals,main tasks and working methods.This article combines the concepts of digital transformation and manufacturing upgrading that have emerged under the deep integration of the two.Based on the actor network theory,through microscopic research on the digital transformation process of the automobile manufacturing industry,a macro research on the development path of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is formed.First,analyze the connotation,current situation and existing problems of the digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry,and then put forward the action logic of the actor network in the digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry.Second,for the digital transformation and development of China’s manufacturing industry,establish a panoramic view of the actor network,and perform regression analysis on many heterogeneous actors(including human actors and non-human actors)in the network to establish mathematical models.Based on the impact of these core actors on the digital transformation of manufacturing,the operational effect of the actor network is tested.Taking the automobile industry as an example,the analysis of the operating mechanism of the manufacturing actor network has formed a relatively stable network after the major translation stages such as problematization,endowment of benefits,recruitment,dissent and mobilization.Finally,according to the conclusions of analysis,measures to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry were put forward in terms of playing a leading role,improving policy guarantees and utilizing platform economy.This article believes that,first,the digital transformation of manufacturing is a complex project,which cannot be limited to the internal,limited to the industry,and needs to change from linear to a multi-point actor network.Second,the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry involves a large number of heterogeneous actors,including platform actors,suppliers,producer services companies,high-tech talents,consumers and governments and other human actors,as well as technology,data and capital.And corporate culture and other non-human actors.Third,the relatively stable digital actor network takes leading companies as the core actor and uses intelligent manufacturing as a mandatory access point.Through various calls,government,platform companies,data,technology and other actors are encouraged to participate in the network. |
