According to the layout of the 14th Five-Year Plan for deepening the integrated development of manufacturing and the industrial internet,China’s manufacturing enterprises should actively use the industrial internet technology to promote its own service-oriented transformation,in order to improve the quality and level of development and transform to high quality manufacturing transformation.Using the industrial internet for service-oriented transformation,manufacturing enterprises can not only realize the effective integration of resources within the enterprise,carry out intelligent production and realize resources coordination in the external value chain,but also realize the coordination of internal and external resources through the industrial Internet platform to build the value creation ecosystem of the whole value chain.This process will bring great opportunities for the development of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical literature on the industrial Internet and the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,this thesis defines the connotation of service-oriented transformation of China’s manufacturing enterprises under the background of Industrial Internet.The connotation refers to the process in which guided by user demand,manufacturing enterprises use industrial internet technology to reform organizational structure,resource organization and human resource management mode.Through this transformation process,the manufacturing enterprises will finally turn into a service-oriented manufacturing enterprise and realize the balance between user service demand and enterprise service ability.According to the connotation,this thesis constructs the strategic mechanism of service-oriented transformation of China’s manufacturing enterprises under the background of industrial Internet.Secondly,based on the strategic mechanism,this thesis analyzes Haier’s service-oriented transformation strategies with the help of industrial Internet,and analyzes its transformation effect through the quantitative comparative analysis of financial and non-financial index.The analysis shows that the service-oriented transformation is beneficial to the development of the enterprise itself.And it also illustrates that the service-oriented transformation strategy mechanism constructed in this paper is reasonable.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and the comparative analysis of Haier case,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on the service-oriented transformation strategy of China’s manufacturing enterprises under the background of industrial Internet.It includes:building a transformation strategy centered on user needs,promoting the transformation of organizational structure to platform enterprises,building the maker mechanism to stimulate innovation,organizing resources with enterprise platform and extending service business based on value chain.According to the study of relevant theories and cases,this thesis reveals the service-oriented transformation strategy mechanism of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and puts forward strategic suggestions of the service-oriented transformation for Chinese manufacturing enterprises under the background of industrial Internet.In addition,the analysis of the thesis shows that it is a dynamic development process to carry out service transformation with the help of industrial internet.Manufacturing enterprises should take appropriate strategy combination according to the changes of internal and external environment.
