With the continuous development of China’s civil aviation industry,more and more domestic civil aviation products want to export to the world.Through the demonstration of products,not only can fully demonstrate the technical strength of domestic civil aviation products,but also can further reflect the development of China’s project management and progress.The demonstration project time is tight,the task is heavy,involves a lot of human and material resources financial operation,but also involves a series of interrelated and mutually independent sub project coordinated management,is a relatively complex process.The project’s extended,not only directly affect the user’s confidence in the product,but also to the cost and quality of the project has a huge impact.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out research on the progress management of the demonstration project.In the civil aviation product demonstration project,the project schedule and the project expense mutually influence,each other restricts,handles the two relations properly,can guarantee the project quality,the control project progress,the balance project expense.If the project cost is insufficient,the corresponding available resources are reduced,the progress of the project will slow down,and if you want to speed up the project,you must increase the cost of the project.At present,the method of managing project cost and project progress is widely used,so the disadvantage is that the relationship between project schedule and project cost is separated,it is difficult to estimate the project cost accurately,and the project can not be guaranteed to meet the schedule plan.This is very easy to cause the project budget overruns,the duration of delay.In this paper,a demonstration project as an example of progress and cost management research.In order to realize the effective control of project cost,it is necessary to supervise the expenditure of project funds regularly and to compare the progress of the project in real time.Earned value method has been applied well in project schedule control and project cost control because of its superiority in item management.This article will first summarize the research background,put forward the purpose and significance of the study,explore the research ideas and methods,at the same time on the project schedule management related theories are systematically combed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the study of this article,and put the theory into the framework of demonstration projects,The paper analyzes the schedule management and control of the demonstration project,provides the background support for the demonstration project,and analyzes the factors influencing the progress of the demonstration project,from the work structure decomposition of the project,the responsibility and division of the stakeholders,the schedule planning,the schedule control,Progress management and cost management and other aspects of the project’s progress plan to develop in-depth study.Through this research,the paper advises the progress management and cost control in the civil aviation product demonstration project,and also contributes to the progress management of the domestic civil aviation equipment export project.
