Project Management Research On Compilation Of Bidding Control Price Of Urban Rail Line One In XX City

In the highly competitive modern society,the level of project management determines the success of the project,whether the enterprise can survive and develop the competitiveness,so all walks of life are increasingly concerned about the project management.In China,the construction industry is one of the most widely used industries in project management.Successful project management is a guarantee for the success of construction projects.Project management runs through the various stages and links of construction projects.However,the preparation of bidding control price as an important link in the construction project cost control has not been regarded as a project for system management.Therefore,there are many problem in the actual work such as can not complete on time,the preparation of quality is not high and many other issues.This paper takes the compilation of bidding control price of Urban Rail Line One in XX City as an example and analyzes the problems in the implementation of the project and the reasons of final failure to complete the project on schedule.In this paper,the concept of project management is introduced to analyze this kind of work for the first time and the literature and data inquiry method,field investigation method,case analysis method and project management theory and tools are used.This paper analyzes the project from the four aspects of progress,quality,team and communication,and expounds the problems such as out of control of the project management,failure of quality management,confusion of team management,lack of communication and management,uses the relevant theory reveals the reasons for the failure of the project,sums up the lessons learned.Some management tools such as causal analysis,crossbar map and other project management tools are used.Some solutions proposed,such as develops the project schedule and quality plan,encourages the project team members and carrys out the performance appraisal and project stakeholders identification and demand analysis and so on.This paper provides lessons for the work related to the project cost control of Urban Rail Line One in XX City and other tenders.It provides reference for the project cost related work such as the preparation work of bidding control price,pre-settlement and other similar projects.It is helpful to establish the management system and the operation plan to prepare the bidding control price and the pre-settlement of construction project.It has a certain practical significance to strengthen the management of the preparation project of the bidding control price,pre-settlement,improve the practical work efficiency,guide the relevant work to improve the project cost industry business level,consulting enterprise competitiveness at the same time.
