Project management is welcomed by the industry because of its wide applicability.However,due to the particularity and uniqueness of the project,many project risk factors need to be overcome behind the successful implementation of the project.The identification,analysis and response to the project risk is an important work content of the project manager,and it is also a work area that must be faced.The larger and more complex the project,the more risk factors.Through the scientific project management method,not only helps the project manager to improve the project management level and project influence,but also can effectively reduce the social resource waste and project cost loss caused by project risk.In the Central Document No.1 of 2013,for the first time,we mentioned the goal of building a beautiful countryside.Under the guidance of the spirit of the eighteen and third Plenary Session of the eighteen and third Plenary Session of the party’s Central Committee and Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,all over the country set off the climax of the new rural construction and the integration of urban and rural areas,effectively improving the rural life in China.Live and develop.In 2015,in order to implement the important directive spirit of Secretary Hu Chunhua,the Agricultural Office of Guangdong provincial Party committee put forward specific suggestions on the implementation and management of the construction project in combination with the promotion of the construction project of provincial new rural demonstration film,which requires that the project must be completed in accordance with the requirements of high quality,so as to bring excellent help to the countryside and farmers.In the process of promoting the new rural construction,it is also necessary to avoid all kinds of hidden dangers brought by the design,construction,economic and other risks brought by the project in the construction process.How to effectively identify,evaluate,evaluate and deal with risks,so as to take effective measures to control and reduce the occurrence of risks,and establish an efficient risk management system is of great significance for improving the effect of new rural construction and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.In the implementation process of the project,the design target is mainly implemented by the design and planning units in other places,while the project construction units are mainly undertaken by the local construction team.Due to the limitation of project risk management level,there are great deficiencies in data collection and analysis,standardized management of project construction process.However,there are many risk factors in this project,and the risk boundary is not clear,there are many factors that are not easy to accurately quantify,and the law uncertainty characteristics are obvious.Therefore,this paper chooses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to solve the construction project of new rural demonstration film.Objective to evaluate the risk and put forward management suggestions according to the evaluation results.The specific contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the research background and research basis are analyzed,then the theory and method for risk management and risk evaluation are studied,which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent research of this paper.Then,analyze the current situation and project effect of X new rural demonstration film construction project,and the risks existing in the process of X new rural construction and the methods for risk judgment and evaluation are studied.Through the judgment and evaluation of the construction project risk,especially the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process for the quantitative analysis of the construction project risk,according to the analysis results,It is concluded that there are relatively big risks in the economic risk management of the x new rural demonstration piece construction project,which need to be focused on and prevented.This paper also puts forward the strategies and measures of risk management.
