Planning Research On Urban Village Renovation In Xinjiang,Kashi

Cities are the product of human social and economic development,and urbanization is the inevitable that result of productivity improvement and social progress.In recent years,with the accelerating process of industrialization in China,a large increase in urban population,urban land gradually tense,urban development is rapid,but the problem of villages in the city has gradually emerged.Villages in the city is a phenomenon that the city surrounds the countryside when the city expands rapidly under the special national conditions of urban-rural dual system and reform and opening up.These settlements often have inconsistencies in economic system and social management,which brings some troubles to urban management.With the rapid development of economy,various cities in China have been carrying out urban transformation.The problem of urban village reconstruction has become one of the hot research areas in China.Many scholars in academic circles have made a detailed and comprehensive study on the urban village problem from the fields of institutional economics,urban sociology,urban planning and other disciplines,pointing out the problems existing in urban village,and pointing out their respective solutions.Suggestions and proposals.However,the transformation of urban villages is not easy.Every urban village has its own particularity.In the process of transformation,we not only need to solve the land and housing problems,but also encounter many problems such as uneven distribution of interests,difficulty in demolition and relocation,preservation of historical relics and so on.On the other hand,because of the differences of geographical environment and human environment,the transformation of village in city is also affected to varying degrees.As an important city in Western China,Kashgar has developed rapidly in recent years.In order to meet the requirements of urban development,urban village reconstruction has become a key livelihood project in urban planning and development of Kashgar.On the basis of studying the relevant theoretical about urban village reconstruction,starting from the present situation of urban village reconstruction in Kashgar,this paper analyses the problems and difficulties in the process of urban village reconstruction in Kashgar,and summarizes the experience of other urban village reconstruction in China,than puts forward the future urban village reform that combine the specific situation of Kashgar.Finally,it puts forward a guarantee system for the renovation planning of villages in Kashgar.The full text is divided into seven parts: the first part is an introduction,mainly including the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods;the second part introduces the relevant theoretical basis,paving the theoretical support for the transformation of Kashgar city village;the third part analyses the status and reality that the transformation of Kashgar City village,and focusing on introducing the specific measures of the transformation of the three villages in Xiazhen,paving the way for the follow-up optimization of the transformation of the village in the city;the fourth part analyses the problems and difficulties in the process of the transformation of the village in the city of Kashgar,and the fifth part summarizes the successful experience that other cities in the transformation of the village in the city.Among them,the southern city of Zhuhai,the central city of Zhengzhou and the western city of Xi'an were selected as representatives to analyze the specific plans of urban village reconstruction in different regions,providing valuable experience for the urban village reconstruction strategy of Kashgar in the future;through the paving of the first five parts,the sixth part introduced the urban village of Kashgar.The optimization ideas of transformation are formulated from the angles of protecting national culture,protecting ecological environment and paying attention to people's livelihood.The seventh chapter formulates the planning support system for the transformation of urban villages in Kashgar,and designs the security system from the perspectives of human,financial,material and system.
