| Urban and rural areas were originally a pair of mutually opposing concepts, but along with the rapid development of modern cities, villages within urban became a widespread urban phenomenon, and severely restricted the urban construction. Speeding up the transformation of villages within urban is necessarily demanded in the urban construction and development.By summarizing the characteristics of villages within urban, the necessity of the transformation and the difficulties, this article analyzes the main problems existing in villages within urban, and drawing on the experience and practices of developed areas, Proposes strategies, supporting policies and promoting measures.
