Study On Village Planning Strategies Of Urban Side Villages From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The Rural Revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is to focus on solving the problems of villagers' life and production.With the process of urbanization in China,the village space around the city is constantly squeezed,the cultivated land is occupied,and the rural space style is gradually replaced by the city.As a transitional zone between urban and rural areas,the urban side villages are more affected by urban economy and land policy than the traditional villages.There are problems such as the lack of traditional space and local culture,the complexity of population structure,and the mismatch of urban and rural resources.Urban side villages absorb urban floating population,solve the problem of urban population resettlement,improve the income of villagers,but also increase the difficulty of later land development,disordered construction also damages the ecological environment,with advantages and disadvantages.Based on the analysis of relevant research results and specific cases at home and abroad,this paper makes clear that industry is the basis of the development of the village,villagers' autonomy is the vitality of the development of the village,and the main purpose of the planning of the village is to improve the supporting facilities and the living environment.In the strategy of rural revitalization,the village beside the city belongs to the "suburban integrated village",which needs to consider the needs of urban expansion and the development of the village itself.In the process of the development of the villages near the city,such problems as economic driving,population inflow and policy support should be solved by means of reasonable layout of the production space,optimization of the living space of the villagers and strict protection of the ecological space of the villages.Under the guidance of the government,we should guide the construction of villages by the side of the city in an orderly way,and realize the self transformation of villages by increasing collective income,so as to build villages with "rich economy,rich life,civilized countryside,clean village appearance and democratic management" and realize the revitalization of villages.The planning of urban side villages can be divided into two parts: industrialplanning and spatial planning.Based on the classification of industrial types,this paper sorts out and classifies several kinds of domestic industrial development models of villages,and divides the development models of urban side villages into three types:agricultural tourism oriented development model,industrial oriented development model and e-commerce oriented development model.Fully explore the development basis,mode characteristics,operation mode and development difficulties of the three modes,and determine the industrial planning of the village beside the city.In the part of spatial planning,based on the principles of multi-party cooperation,sustainable development,urban-rural integration and cultural heritage,through the construction of the development framework of urban and rural areas with the goal of industrial development,spatial optimization and urban-rural integration,the strategies of land renovation,improvement of supporting facilities,extension of industrial chain,cultural penetration,micro renewal of living space,and short-term and long-term planning are adopted to solve the shortage of land resources in urban and rural areas.Lack of culture.At last,the paper makes an empirical study of Xixing village planning in Jiaozhou City,which provides a reference for the similar planning in the future.
