The upper reservoir construction of pumped storage power plant has narrow worksite,where the activities of excavation,filling and transportation has a mutual influence and limitation for each other.The upper reservoir construction has the characteristic of filling the dam and basin at the same time,the filling volume and filling area of each material does not change coordinated with the elevation.In order to provide a scientific filling construction plan,it is necessary give a full consideration to the construction characteristic,as well as various influencing factors exists in construction and the control conditions in filling process,and plan the filling zone,filling visage and construction scheme of upper reservoir reasonably.According to the researches and analysis,the filling optimization and simulation system was established,and the optimization and simulation software was compiled using Visual Studio C#,the filling design scheme was optimized and the filling process was simulated.The research content and the main achievements were as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the filling characteristics of upper reservoir,the influencing factors and the controlling conditions of the filling process was found out.Combining with the construction characteristics and construction control demands of upper reservoir to establish the basic framework of filling model.The upper reservoir optimization model was established based on the heterogeneous particle swarm algorithm,the convergence and stability of the algorithm was studied.(2)The construction simulation model of the dam and basin was established using the discrete event simulation elements.By studying on the filling area flow construction partition problem,an upper reservoir filling model that considered the planning filing intensity,construction machinery operation and filling area size was putted forward.(3)The filling simulation model according to the optimized scheme was established,and the filling construction process and filling regulation under different scheme were studied from three aspects:the filling stage and filling zone partition,material balance of filling and excavation and road restriction.Construction parameter such as month filling intensity,month filling progress,flow operation mode,workspace partition mode and construction machinery configuration data can be obtained by simulation calculation,the validity of the optimization algorithm can be verified,and scientific references for the construction organization design can be provided.
