| With the rapid improvement of industrial development level,the environmental pollution and waste of one-time energy caused by thermal power generation have become an urgent problem to be solved,and scientists at home and abroad have turned power generation technology to new energy generation technology.The maturity of modern scientific and technological theories has also made new energy technologies mature,especially wind power and photovoltaic power generation.However,wind power and photovoltaic power generation are susceptible to natural factors such as time and seasonal climate,which makes the power generation and photovoltaic power generation volatility is greater,coupled with the power grid limit requirements,which makes wind and light power grid-connected when the abandoned wind,light is more serious,wind and light power generation benefits are not optimistic.In order to improve the efficiency of power generation,reduce the volatility brought about by wind and light resources,while improving the protection of the ecological environment,better saving natural resources,reducing wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation of waste wind,waste light,wind-optical combined power generation system energy storage equipment is particularly important.According to the current energy storage technology,the economy is good,high reliability energy storage device is pumped energy storage,it has a long life,the largest capacity,no chemical pollution and so on,and the technology is more mature,thus,through the wind-light-pumped storage combined power generation system to reduce load volatility,protect the local ecology,save primary energy resources and improve the economic efficiency of joint power plants,has been the research of national scientists and even the world’s attention.First of all,based on the wind-light-pumped storage combined power generation system,this paper sets the daily economic benefits of the wind-light-pumped storage system as the research goal,on the basis of the largest economy,it is not only necessary to meet the local load demand,but also to make the joint power generation system the least volatile,thus establishing the wind-light-pumped storage system model.The objective function includes the total internet cost of wind,light and pumped storage power station,the government subsidy fee for new energy power generation,the penalty cost,the pumping cost of pumping storage during peak period and the daily investment cost of joint power plant equipment,and lists the constraints of the combined power generation system model according to the actual engineering data,and establishes a comprehensive and scientific joint system power generation model.Secondly,for the basic particle group has the disadvantages of gravity algorithm:the search ability is weak,some precocious and easy to fall into local optimal,improve the particle group gravity algorithm.The improvements are as follows:(1)adding chaos algorithm to the initialization of particles,mapping the particle population to a specific search space in the process of initializing the initial particle population,improving the search capability of the algorithm,(2)introducing inertial weight into position update and dynamically adjusting the step factor update speed,making the particle position and velocity in a dynamic adjustment state,avoiding some precociousness of the algorithm,and falling into the local optimal phenomenon,in order to better obtain the optimal power generation power of each unit of the combined power generation system.In order to achieve the optimal suppression effect of the joint power generation system and the maximum daily economic benefits of the joint power generation system,at the same time to reduce the amount of waste wind,waste light,the minimum emission of pollutants,(3)in the processing of wind-light-pumped storage system target function constraints,the target function and the penalty function combined,the introduction of punishment,the formation of a new function with a penalty factor,the binding problem into an unconstrained problem.Finally,the model is simulated by using MATLAB simulation software in four aspects:calming volatility,daily economic benefits,environmental tax amount and waste wind and light amount.In the simulation process,by using four different algorithms,the combined power generation system contribution is solved,the power generation unit’s yield curve is obtained,and combined with the actual load curve to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the suppression performance;The amount of environmental tax generated under the four algorithms is obtained by the environmental tax standard,and the amount of waste wind and light under the four algorithms is compared according to the power limit policy of the area where the study is located.The results show that the feasibility of using the improved gravitational algorithm of particle population and the validity of the model of the combined power generation system are not affected by the four seasons. |
