In the development process of career education,"college-enterprise cooperation" occupies a decisive position.The college-enterprise cooperation research on flight attendant specialty started late,and the school-enterprise cooperation mode is still on the shallow level.The training quality of existing flight attendant professionals is seriously restricted,and it is urgently needed to be studied and improved.In this paper,we investigated and interviewed the teachers of flight attendant major of 9 education schools in Harbin and 200 graduates of flight attendant major who have been employed by major airlines.By referring to a large number of literatures,the current situation is analyzed from the aspects of teacher team building,teaching course setting,teaching material construction,teaching methods,teaching assessment and practical teaching,and problems are found,solutions are demonstrated,and targeted reform strategies are proposed:(1)combine "introduction and training" to build a "double-qualified" teacher team;(2)establish the textbook construction standards and form the textbook system of "national standards" + "school-based";(3)establish a three-dimensional curriculum system of "trinity" and improve teaching methods;(4)all-round and multi-level practice teaching;(5)to build a sound assessment system with the goal of improving "vocational competency";(6)deepen college-enterprise cooperation and form the "423" college-enterprise integration training mode.The study of methods and strategies in this paper has important theoretical guidance and practical significance for improving the teaching quality of flight attendant majors in vocational schools,enhancing students' professional skills and accomplishment,and improving teachers' professional ability.It has enriched the research on the school-enterprise cooperation of flight attendant specialty in our country's vocational education school,and has some reference and inspiration for the school-enterprise cooperation teaching in other vocational schools.
