With the rapid development of civil aviation in China today,how to make flight attendants show more organized citizen behavior to improve service quality has become the subject of airlines to improve the level of operation and management.Organizational citizenship behavior is not only corresponding to individual factors,but also closely related to the organization and community environment.Studies related to the theory of social exchange have shown that people with higher social preferences are more sensitive to negative factors within the organization and more susceptible to negative effects,thereby reducing the organization's civic behavior.In addition,flight attendants' job stress and sense of work community can also affect individual perceptions of the organization,which in turn affects the organization's civic behavior.Based on the relevant research,this study uses the questionnaire method to explore the relationship between the social comparative tendency of flight attendants and the behavior of organizing citizens,and to examine the intermediary role of job stress and sense of work community.The study consists of revising the work community perception scale and the questionnaire study,the results of which are as follows:(1)Psychological Sense of Community Scale at Work consists of three factors: common cause,disharmony and internal association of the organization,a total of 22 questions,using Licht 5 points score,of which 3,5,10,12,14,22 for the reverse score,high confidence(alpha s 0.843).(2)There are significant gender differences in social orientation,job stress and working community sense,women's social orientation and job stress are significantly higher than men's,and men's work community level is significantly higher than women's.There are significant differences between social tendencies,job stress,community sense and organizational civic behavior.There are significant differences between work stress,a sense of working community,and organizational citizenship in terms of monthly income and different positions.There are significant differences in organizational citizenship behavior among different company attributes.(3)Job stress plays a full intermediary role between social tendency and organizational citizen behavior,the individual's social comparison will bring more job stress and reduce the organization of citizen behavior;Finally,this paper points out the limitations of research,the prospect of the future,and the enlightenment to management practice.
