Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the society demand for high levelprofessional skilled workers keep on increase also put forward higher requirements to thetalent evaluation standard. According to the National Bureau of statistics released data, by theend of2012, China has become the world’s largest major auto production and consumptioncountry. The rapid growth of car ownership formed a huge auto after sale market. However,our automobile industry is in a primary stage compared with developed countries. The qualityof workers in auto industry is not high, which was rapidly restricting the healthy growth ofauto after sale market. Therefore, thousands of well-trained automobile maintenance workersare demanded. In our country, the key task of secondary vocational schools is to cultivatewell-trained students not only to meet the social progress but also to meet the demand ofprofessional technology enterprise production need. But students trained from the traditionalvocational education mode cannot meet the practical requirement of technical ability, alsocannot meet enterprise demands. This problem should be solved by secondary vocationalschools urgently.At present many domestic scholars studied vocational students’ skill training in manyaspects and had achieved fruitful results. But most of them remain in the analysis of theimportance of practice training. Meanwhile, the related researches are mainly concentrated onthe theoretical level. Specialized automobile vocational professional practice skills trainingstrategy research is demanded.In this paper, the author discussed the secondary vocation schools education in Yantai cityin the following area. The understanding of the students’ practical skills is major importanceto practice teaching methods, students’ practice and training time arrangement, teachingcontents and practice guidance, the way of evaluation, students practice ability for the currentpractical skills training mode recognition, automobile specialized experiment and training ofteachers, teaching equipment and facilities condition aspects. All the attitude and status werediscussed according to the survey of auto repair, analysis of the current secondary vocationalschools.Through the investigation, understand the requirements of practical skills ofautomobile repair service business process work, post setting and the job analysis, recruitmentof staff car repair services enterprises tendency and enterprise cooperation intention. From the point of view of school, graduated students, enterprises three parts on how to carry outvocational automobile specialized students practical skills training, improve the practicalskills training system to explore reference to foreign mature "production and learningcombination","working and learning alternation","dual education system" modes, combinedwith the author many years engaged in the automobile practical teaching experience, takingcollege-enterprise cooperation, combination of engineering for the main line from theimprovement of the overall quality of teachers, school enterprise cooperation to promote thecurriculum reform and practice system, strengthening the construction of training base andother aspects of the improvement of auto repair professional vocational students practicalskills training puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to providetheoretical basis and reference value for the practical skills of students in secondaryvocational automotive education.
