Research On The Development Strategy For Flight Attendant In Higher Vocational Colleges In Langfang

Higher vocational education serves the development of regional economy.The majors offered by higher vocational colleges should serve the needs of local economy and meet the demands of the labor market,which is one of the basic principles that should be followed in the specialty setting of higher vocational colleges.With the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional integration and the construction of the new airport in Beijing,the aviation industry environment in Langfang has undergone great changes.Opportunities for education are emerging,and the talent market is in great demand.At the same time,the construction of the major of flight attendant in most of higher vocational colleges in Langfang is faced with many difficulties,such as fewer students,weak teaching resources and difficult employment.Professional construction is unable to dock with industrial development,which is also the starting point of this paper.This study adopts the following research methods: literature research,case study and investigation.Taking the flight attendant major in Langfang vocational colleges as an example,this study illustrates how higher vocational education serves the regional economic development and the correlation between professional construction and industrial development.Based on the new economic growth theory,human capital theory,industry clustering and the curriculum theory,this study conducts research from the perspectives of education and economy,professional layout and industrial structure,major setting and industry development,curriculum and professional standards,studying the theoretical basis and the fundamental principles of professional construction in connection with industrial development.This study analyzed the planning and implementation of the aviation industry in Langfang city,comparing the demand of the aviation industry for flight attendant professionals with the new development policy of higher vocational education in Langfang area,this study aims to find a clear development direction of flight attendant professional construction.Meanwhile,this study illustrates in details the construction and development of aviation service majors in higher vocational colleges in Langfang city.After in-depth investigation and research,the existing problems in professional construction are sorted outand the deep-seated reasons for the imbalance between majors and industries are summarized.Finally,this study puts forward specific and feasible development strategies from four aspects,including curriculum construction,school-enterprise cooperation,construction of teaching staff,and collaborative development,so as to promote the construction of flight attendants to meet the needs of industrial development.The research in this paper can further enrich the theories related to professional construction and industrial development,which is helpful to optimize the training of flight attendants in vocational colleges in Langfang and improve the level of regional economic development.Meanwhile,this study also provides considerable suggestions for other colleges which offer flight attendant majors under similar background.
