Affected by the development of the national economy and technology,China's civil aviation industry growing stronger.The demand for high-quality In-flight service personnel has increased dramatically,and it has also raised new challenges and higher requirements for the training of college students in flight attendants.In order to ensure that colleges and universities can train high-quality flight attendants,meet the needs of high-skilled and high-quality talents in the industry.This study takes two universities in Tianjin as an example to analyze the implementation measures and implementation effects of flight attendant professionals in Tianjin by reviewing data,questionnaires and interviews,and summarize the problems in the training of flight attendants and propose corresponding Countermeasures.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,including the background of the research,the question,the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods,and the current status of the development of flight attendants in foreign countries and the existing research results in China.The second part mainly defines the core concept of this study.By analyzing the development of flight attendant profession and the post capacity requirements of flight attendants,it is determined that the training elements of flight attendant professionals involve enrollment system and talent training objectives,and school-enterprise cooperation and education mechanism.Five aspects: curriculum system construction,teacher team construction,management and assessment.Finally,this paper explains the theoretical basis for the study of flight attendant training.The third part investigate and analyze the implementation status of flight attendant professional training in two colleges.The fourth part analyzes the implementation measures and effectiveness of the training of flight attendants in the two colleges.The fifth part analyzes the problems and causes of the training of flight attendants in Tianjin University from the five dimensions of talent training objectives,school-enterprise cooperation,curriculum system construction,teacher team and management and assessment.For example,the training objectives are not clear,the curriculum structure and post capacity needs are different,the teaching form is single,the teaching staff is not perfect,"school hot mills cold" problem,and the management and evaluation system is not perfect.The sixth part mainly proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for existing problems,such as specific training objectives,optimization of curriculum setting,improvement of curriculum implementation quality,emphasis on diversification of teaching methods,strengthening of "double-type" teacher team construction,and deepening of school-enterprise Cooperative education mechanism,perfect management and evaluation system and so on.
