Research On The Planning Strategy Of Grassroots Public Cultural Facilities In Tongzhou District,Beijing

Grassroots public cultural facilities are the most close to the daily life of residents of public cultural facilities,it is a place for residents to carry out various cultural activities,it can improve the cultural atmosphere,promote neighborhood communication and social harmony.This thesis takes tongzhou district of Beijing as an example,from an empirical point of view,analyze the problems and reasons in the planning and construction of grassroots public cultural facilities in Beijing,combined with basic theoretical research,explore the improvement strategies for the planning of grassroots public cultural facilities in Beijing,and provides reference for the optimization of the planning and construction system of grassroots public cultural facilities in Beijing.This thesis is divided into five chapters and according to the thinking structure of;"Research origin—Basic theoretical research-case study--Status analysis and problem summary--Put forward the countermeasures".The first chapter mainly describes the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and logical framework of this thesis,and summarizes the relevant research status and research direction at home and abroad.The second chapter has sorted out the development,evolution and current situation of domestic grassroots public cultural facilities planning,including the control standards at the national level and the control standards at the local level,and explored the evolution rules and summarized the characteristics of the current situation,so as to provide theoretical support for the later research.The third chapter determines the research scope and object of this thesis based on a variety of factors.And combined with the field survey,questionnaire and in-depth interview,it sorts out the construction,management and use status of grassroots public cultural facilities in tongzhou district to provide data support for later relevant analysis.The fourth chapter based on the third chapter,it analyzes the selected typical grassroots public cultural facilities from the perspectives of construction index comparison,accessibility,residents' satisfaction and residents' needs,and summarizes the existing problems in the construction,management and use of grassroots public cultural facilities.and takes the existing problems of grassroots public cultural facilities in tongzhou district as the guide,combines basic theoretical research,and proposes improvement strategies for the planning of grassroots public cultural facilities in Beijing from the aspects of facility positioning,spatial layout,functional configuration and service management.The fifth chapter describes the main conclusions and prospects of the paper.The thesis draws the following conclusions through research:1)At present,there are still some problems in the construction of grassroots public cultural facilities in Beijing,such as substandard construction index,unreasonable spatial layout,insufficient allocation and supply,and low use efficiency.2)The status of grassroots public cultural facilities in the planning system of public cultural facilities needs to be improved,and the functions of grassroots public cultural facilities at all levels should be reasonably distributed.3)The current standard indexes for the allocation of grassroots public cultural facilities in Beijing can no longer meet the needs of social development,so they need to be optimized and improved in terms of hierarchy,control methods and control indexes.4)Different types of communities and administrative villages should be equipped with grassroots public cultural facilities according to their residents' structural characteristics.5)In the management of facilities and services,it is necessary to strengthen the training of cultural talents,deepen public participation,increase cultural propaganda,and actively promote the market-oriented operation of grassroots public cultural facilities.
