Study On The Layout Of Public Cultural Service Facilities In Rural Aareas Of Liquan County Based On Residents’ Spatial And Temporal Behavior

Since the reform and opening up,China’s rural economic development level has been greatly improved,rural residents in the life level from the pursuit of material life to the pursuit of spiritual life,and the construction of public cultural service facilities is a key step to meet the spiritual life needs of rural residents.But at present the construction of the rural public cultural service has always been the government-led determine cultural facilities Pei Jian type,size,etc.,on the basis of the standard form construction of city is carried out in accordance with the "town-administrative villages" grade sequence construction,the layout mode ignores the rural residents’ cultural activities of the travel distance,travel time and the current situation of different cities,such as facilities supply and the rural residents’ cultural activities caused by behavior of the time-space matching degree is low,so in this paper,based on the residents’ behavior of time and space of rural public cultural service facilities layout research,break the traditional carried out in accordance with the administrative level facilities configuration,It is of great practical significance to the layout of public cultural service facilities in rural areas.Taking liquan county as the research scope,the time geography theory and method,with the help of SPSS and GIS analysis platform,liquan county rural residents’ cultural activity behavior of space and time were analyzed,and sums up the two kinds of typical patterns of daily cultural activities,on the basis of this construct liquan county rural public cultural service system,and finally completed facilities layout,concrete research content is as follows:Firstly,by analyzing and summarizing the relevant research results of rural public cultural service facilities and time geography,the research focus of this paper is clarified,and the research framework of public cultural service facilities system based on rural residents’ spatial and temporal behavior is constructed.Second,the overall spatial and temporal behavior of rural residents’ cultural activities were analyzed,and clear the commonness and difference,on this basis,through to the frequency of the rural residents’ cultural activities and cultural events such as the length of the analysis,summed up the rural residents’ cultural activity space assembling mode: the two types of "outdoor fitness-indoor recreation",at the same time build a and aggregation model corresponding to the rural public cultural service system,namely the street(village)-central village two levels of structures,and puts forward the corresponding layout content and standards;Finally,according to the existing problems of rural public cultural service facilities in Liquan County and the actual needs of rural residents,according to the new system,it is rearranged.Based on the field investigation of rural residents’ cultural activity behavior data,on the basis of time and space to build a set of accord with the actual demand of rural residents of public cultural services system,on this basis for the layout of the cultural facilities,not only improve liquan county rural public cultural service level,but also for our other similar to the layout of the rural public cultural service facilities to provide the reference value.
