Research Of Prefabricated Construction Supply Chain Risk Management

Since the 18 th CPC national congress,the CPC central committee and the state council have attached great importance to the development of prefabricated construction.Especially after the central urban work conference,relevant policies have been constantly released and enterprises involved in the construction of prefabricated buildings have been continually emerging,which means that prefabricated constructions have officially entered the stage of comprehensive development.Along with the increase in the number of node enterprises that participate in prefabricated construction,the structure of supply chain becomes complex,which has caused problems such as poor communication and blocked operation.So it is necessary to take measures to manage the risk of supply chain effectively.The research of prefabricated housing supply chain risk management can enhance the security of its operation,which also could promote the benign development of housing industry modernization and protect the environment that we lived.In addition to the practical significance,the research on risk management of assembly housing supply chain also has theoretical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the risk management theory,the theory of prefabricated housing,the structure characteristics of assembled residence supply chain and the research status,identifying the internal and external risk factors of the prefabricated housing supply chain based on the previous research and SCOR model.Then the article establishes the risk evaluation index system and the risk evaluation model of the assembly housing supply chain combined with the method of MEA.And the risk possibility and consequence loss of each influencing factor are calculated according to the model,which also verifies the validity of the model.Finally,the risk control framework of the prefabricated housing supply chain is proposed based on the PDCA management theory,to provide guidance for risk control of the assembly residence supply chain.It also has some inspiration for future research on supply chain risk management.
