| Prefabricated steel structure housing is a new type of housing construction method.Compared with traditional housing construction,it has increased the supply of construction parts.In recent years,it has been rapidly developed under the promotion of national policies.Due to the increasingly complex supply chain structure of prefabricated steel structure housing construction,the gradual increase in the number of node companies in the supply chain,and the poor communication of information between member companies,the actual operation of the supply chain is not effective.The relevant theoretical research on the performance evaluation of the prefabricated steel structure housing construction supply chain is in its infancy,and the existing evaluation system cannot meet the current development needs.Therefore,the construction of an improved prefabricated steel structure housing construction supply chain performance evaluation system is important for improving my country’s prefabricated steel structure housing construction supply chain performance evaluation system.The supply chain management level of structural housing construction has positive theoretical and practical significance.Based on the existing research on the supply chain of prefabricated steel structure housing construction,this paper applies the balanced scorecard model to focus on six aspects: agility,owner satisfaction,operational capability,financial status,collaboration among cooperative members,and enterprise development and innovation capabilities.Analyzed from the perspective,through reading a large number of documents,combined with expert opinions for screening and elimination,a preliminary performance evaluation index system was established.A questionnaire survey was conducted around construction industry practitioners,and SPSS software was used for data processing.Finally,a performance evaluation index system for the supply chain of prefabricated steel structure residential construction was constructed with 6 primary indicators and 30 secondary indicators.Combining the characteristics of the prefabricated steel structure housing construction supply chain and the existing problems in the current supply chain performance evaluation,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method to determine the index weights,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for evaluation.And through the case analysis of the YB prefabricated steel structure residential project,the above-mentioned weighting method and evaluation method are used to calculate that the project’s supply chain performance is "generally higher".Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the investigation results and case analysis,and provides a theoretical reference for improving the supply chain management level of prefabricated housing projects. |
