| In recent years,as a transformation of the traditional construction industry,assembled construction has received increasing attention from society,and its green and efficient features have prompted government departments to promulgate various regulations to promote its rapid development.However,as a new industry formed by the combination of manufacturing and traditional construction,its development is fraught with many uncertain risks.Therefore,the study of risk management in the supply chain of assembled construction is of profound significance in identifying and controlling supply chain risks and promoting the healthy and stable development of the assembled construction industry.This study takes the risk management of the supply chain of assembled buildings as the research object.After understanding the background and significance of the subject research,the content,methodology and technical route of the study were determined by reviewing the literature on the subject at home and abroad.Relevant concepts such as assembly building supply chain,assembly building supply chain risk and assembly building supply chain risk management were studied to consolidate the theoretical foundation.Next,the research was carried out according to the procedures of risk management: firstly,the SCOR model was used to identify the internal risk factors of the assembly construction supply chain while the external risk factors were identified using the bibliometric method,and the risk factors were screened through the expert survey method to establish the final risk list;secondly,the risk management index system of the assembly construction supply chain was established and the SPSS23.0 software was used to Thirdly,the AHP-DEMATEL method was used to determine the comprehensive weights of the indicators,and the object element analysis method was used to construct a risk evaluation model for the supply chain of assembled buildings;fourthly,countermeasures for risk management were proposed in six aspects:external risk of the supply chain,planning risk,material procurement risk,component manufacturing risk,component transportation risk and component assembly risk,and finally,by applying the above model to M Group’s assembled Finally,by applying the above model to the risk evaluation of Group M’s assembly H project,and proposing countermeasures for targeted risk control. |
