As the development of economies in the world has become more systematic and integrated,the competition between enterprises has gradually changed to competition in the supply chain in which enterprises are located,rather than the original competition among individuals.Therefore,if you can obtain the greatest benefits in competition,you will maximize the benefits of the supply chain in which you are located.Due to changes in production methods,prefabricated constructions have the dual characteristics of manufacturing and construction,this makes it face greater uncertainties than the relatively mature traditional construction industry.Its supply chain involves more participants.The possibility of assembly-style risk in the supply chain increases.The coordinated development of the supply chain team is particularly important.Therefore,this article takes the prefabricated construction supply chain as the research object,through the identification of supply chain risks,adopts the coordinated development model and the theory of immune theory to establish the prefabricated construction supply chain risk immune system health evaluation model.First,based on the research of previous scholars on supply chain risk,construction supply chain risk and prefabricated construction supply chain risk,this paper uses the SCOR supply chain operation reference model to provide prefabricated construction supply in the dimension of full life cycle.Identify the internal and external risks of the chain,and use expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis to summarize the final list of risk factors for the prefabricated construction supply chain.Then,each participant in the prefabricated construction supply chain is regarded as a whole and systematic team,and the research focus is on the "main body" of risk management in the whole process of the supply chain.Based on the obtained list of risk factors for the prefabricated construction supply chain,combined with previous research,the “reverse thinking” method was adopted to collect the risk factors,and the supply chain team should be summarized to resist and digest internal and external risks.Taking innate immunity and adaptive immunity as the dimensions,3 first-level indicators and 8 second-level indicators under innate immunity,4 first-level indicators and 9 second-level indicators under adaptive immunity were screened out.Thirdly,an analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and coordinated development model are used to establish a coordinated development evaluation model based on innate immunity and adaptive immunity,and a health evaluation is carried out on the immune system of the prefabricated construction engineering supply chain team.Derive the comprehensive health evaluation method of the immune system of each participant team of the supply chain,and the calculation method of the coordinated development degree of innate immunity and adaptive immunity level,and study the coordinated development status between the two sections.Therefore,it provides theoretical support for the healthy and sustainable operation of the immune system of the prefabricated construction engineering supply chain team.Finally,this paper takes the supply chain team of a Beijing-based prefabricated construction resettlement project as an example,and uses the theoretical methods of this paper to study the health degree of the team's immune system,that is,whether it has sufficient immunity to digest and resist various risks from inside and outside..The results show that the immune system of the prefabricated construction supply chain team belongs to the "health" level,and the type of coordinated development is "moderate coordinated development".That is to say,the team formed by each participant in the prefabricated construction supply chain has developed well in both solid immunity and adaptive immunity.In addition,it also proves that the introduction of immune theory and coordinated development model can not only evaluate the ability of prefabricated construction engineering supply chain teams to resist risks,but also evaluate whether their immune capacity development is coordinated.
