Research On Safety Production Management Of CJ Nuclear Power Plant

Nuclear energy is one of the clean energy sources in the world.It has the advantages of safety,cleanliness,economy and reliability.But the three-mile-island accident in 1979,the Chernobyl accident in 1986 and the Fukushima nuclear accident in 2011 have all cast a shadow on the development of the nuclear power industry.It has become an important consensus for the development of the nuclear power industry to strengthen the safety management measures of nuclear power plants and enhance the safety level of nuclear power plants.With the implementation of safety production standardization in the nuclear power industry,CJ nuclear power plants are facing opportunities and challenges.Only by attaching importance to the construction of the safety management system of nuclear power plants and perfecting the personnel,organization and system can everyone be a barrier to the safe operation of power plants.This paper firstly reviews the research status of safety production management in nuclear power plants,introduces the modern safety production management theory,extracts the safety production management factors in nuclear power plants with the work of safety production standardization,then investigates and analyzes the safety production management system of CJ nuclear power plants,and puts forward the existing problems of safety production management.Then,it carries on the standard analysis with the advanced power plant good practice,evaluates the safety management level through the gray fuzzy evaluation method,finds out the feasible improvement measure and the development direction,guarantees the CJ nuclear power plant safety level unceasingly to enhance,the social image unceasingly enhancement,the economic efficiency and the social benefit unceasingly increases.This paper not only has reference significance for perfecting the safety production management system of CJ nuclear power plant,but also has reference significance for the extension project of CJ nuclear power plant and the safety management of the same nuclear power enterprise.
