Study On The Influenve Mechanism Of Nuclear Security Leadership On Employees'nuclear Security Behavior

The effectiveness of nuclear security depends on the conduct of all security staff,including vigilant,questionable,accurate and high-standard completion of work.Therefore,improving nuclear security is crucial to nuclear security capacity building.This study first conducted a literature review and focused on building models and assumptions on the relationship between nuclear security leadership,nuclear security atmosphere,and employee security behavior.It also explored nuclear security leadership and employee security through the mediating effect of nuclear security atmosphere.Indirect effects of behavior.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the literature,this paper first through a series of literature search,translation,and combined with the nuclear industry operating unit's industry background on the survey questionnaire for a number of designs and amendments,the security of nuclear facilities operating units The staff samples and collects two rounds of samples.Secondly,SPSS18.0 and AMOS22.0 were used to carry out project analysis,factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity test on the designquestionnaire;using SPSS18.0 multivariate linear regression method to verify the model and confirm the nuclear security atmosphere as an intermediary.Each dimension of nuclear security leadership has an impact on the dimensions of employees' nuclear security behavior,discover the complete mediating role of the nuclear security atmosphere between the two dimensions of security expectations and security behavior and between security vision and security participation behavior,between security policy,security rewards and punishments,security vision and security compliance behavior,and security communication and security participation behavior Part of the intermediary effect.Finally,according to the current situation of China's nuclear security management,corresponding countermeasures and recommendations are proposed from the five dimensions of nuclear security leadership.This article can provide a scientific and feasible suggestion for our nuclear facility operators to strengthen the security work behavior,and provide reference and reference for strengthening and improving our country's nuclear security governance capability.
