Analysis Of Evaluation On Security Management Of Natural Gas Station

With the implementation of the new Environmental Protection Law,the nation has promoted environmental protection to a crucial position.Therefore,in order to coordinate with national policy and achieve better environmental governance,the demands for clean energy keep raising among enterprises and citizens.As a typical example of clean energy,the application of natural gas is becoming more and more extensive,which boosts the flourishing development of domestic natural gas pipeline.As a very important component part of the long distance pipeline,the natural gas station is responsible for many productive tasks in pipelines,such as natural gas filtration,separation,supercharging,distributed transportation and measurement.But it is faced with problems too,which include punctate distribution along the long distance pipeline,complex structure of personnel,long distance away from cities and towns,poor social support and work tasks of importance.Thus,to evaluate the security management of natural gas stations along the long distance pipeline is of considerable value.First of all,a security checklist which conforms to the practical situation of a certain gas transmission station was worked out based on related literature,security management status of gas transmission stations at home and abroad,writer's working practice in Shi-Ning-Lan and Lan-Yin line gas transmission station and actual condition of some gas transmission station;then,a big campaign to systematically check the security of this station was launched according to the security checklist;after that,a comprehensive risk assessment on the problems found was conducted and a risk management account of this station was made;in the end,a quantitative evaluation on the security management of the natural gas station was carried out.The specific work steps are as follows:Firstly,taking the security management status of natural gas station as an example,initial selection of the index system was performed according to its establishment process and principle;and adjustment of the initially selected index system was conducted according to its adjustment principle,at last the final index system was established.Secondly,combined evaluation model was built by organically combining the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy evaluation method.Taking the security management status of the natural gas station as an example,comparison matrix of evaluation index was built through the analytic hierarchy process,and weight of evaluation index was calculated using formula.Thirdly,security evaluation on a certain gas transmission station was put into practice using the combined evaluation method which combines analytic hierarchy process and fuzzyevaluation,and then evaluation value was obtained via calculation,at last the security status of this station was evaluated using evaluation sets.
