| Car prices under certain circumstances,the low production capacity means high cost of production.With the rapid development of China’s auto industry,the technical gap between the various auto companies is becoming smaller and smaller,and the market competition in the same industry is increasingly tending to cost competition.Improve production capacity,reduce the cost of automobile production has gradually become the major automobile enterprises to enhance the competitiveness of the effective means.In recent years,company B’s leading position in the senior car market is increasingly challenged by other car factories,the downward pressure on the price of cars is also growing.In order to maintain the profitability of the company B,to maintain the leading position in the senior car market,reduce costs,improvement production capacity of company B has important significance.This paper takes production capacity promotion to production line C in the company B assembly shop as the research object,firstly to make production process time calibrated by MTM time determination,and then according to the detail to distinguish the value process and non value process.Finally,by way of lean production,assess and diagnose the problems of affecting production capacity promotion in line C of assembly shop one by one,system A improvement scheme is proposed,which can eliminate or reduce the time of non value process time to enhance the production capacity of line C.The method is put forward to improve the production capacity in the case of zero investment.Firstly,this paper describes the background and significance of the research,and summarizes and reviews the different stages of lean production and the relevant concepts of lean production.At the same time,some of the lean production tools and lean production development status and future trends are discussed and analyzed.In the investigation and problem analysis of line C in the assembly shop,the paper mainly inspects the non value added in production process.Through analysizing production factors of human,machine,material,method,loop and measure in non added value operation,and using the tool MTM,using the method of searching the waste in the lean production,determine the root cause of the problem,and put forward the feasible solutions from the aspects of production management,process improvement,logistics improvement and continuous improvement.In the course of implementing the improved scheme,through the project tools of tracking and management,to ensure the effective implementation of improving scheme,and focus on the implementation process sticking to zero investment and product quality stability.Finally the statistical results of enhancing production capacity verify the capacity improvement measure is feasible and effective.The established capacity increase method is in accordance with the actual situation of the enterprise and has strong operability.It provides a strong guarantee for the company B to enhance the market competitiveness. |
