Application And Research Of Lean Production In An Electric Hoist Company

Nowadays, lean production is recognized by the manufacturing industry as the best production organization system. Along with market demand multiplication, competition intensification, the lean production is paid more and more attention. Although some major enterprises which have good management foundation have carried out the lean manufacture, most enterprises are still exploring the application method of it, especially those small and medium-sized enterprises which have relatively weak management foundation. These enterprises need to profit from the similar case, and carries on the instruction through system’s method.The author has participated in some electric hoist company’s lean manufacture carrying out project. Based on lean manufacture correlation theories, utilizing comprehensive lean manufacture and industrial engineering correlation technique and method, based on system analysis of both quota and qualitative, the author has studied the process and method of the lean manufacture in improving the relatively weak foundation, and has provided reference for those enterprises to carry out the lean manufacture. The prime task and the research results of this article are as follows:(1) Investigate and analyze production status in detail. The main investigation consists of value flow, way of production organization, man-machine utilization, quality and et al.. By the instance analysis, give the systemic method of investigation.(2) Employing the method of value flow graph, lay out the overall improvement objective and project of the system. Improve and draw future value flow graph based on the flow-through of value flow graph, thus determine production organization, workshop layout and standardization as improvement projects of implementation. By analyzing the case, provide general improvement method for the similar enterprises.(3) Propose the improvement plan to some improvement projects such as production organization, workshop layout and standardization and et al.. Give the production organization improvement of assembly-line selection method based on AHP. Carry on again the layout to the assembled region of the steel wire electric hoist, using the SSLP law. Through the warehouse layout again, improve the transporting work load; through the standard work instruction book formulation, the scene installment, the formulation of normal hours, carry on the foundational standardized work to the system.(4) Summarize the full article, propose the further research forecast.
