In recent years,the explosive growth of medical enterprises and distribution companies has gradually saturated the medical market and become increasingly competitive.In particular,the pilot implementation of the national two-ticket system and other policies has strengthened the belief of KL company to transform from a pure commercial sales model to a production agent hybrid enterprise.It is urgent for KL to have its own flagship product.In this context,it is particularly important to design and develop new products of Coagulation Analyzer and enter into a stable market quickly.How to successfully complete the design and development of the project during the planning period,and how to carry out effective risk management of the project have become more concerned by the KL company.The design and development process of medical equipment is characterized by heavy tasks,long period and multiple risk factors.Based on the research status of project risk management,this paper analyzes some problems in the design and risk management of KL coagulation analyzer and the development project,and further studies risk management from theory and practice.Includes risk planning,risk identification and analysis,risk assessment,risk treatment and risk monitoring.First,use project risk management identification technology to identify and analyze risk factors at different stages of the project life cycle.Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are then used to quantify and evaluate the major risk factors in the design and development of coagulation analyzer.Finally,risk response and risk monitoring through various coping strategies to reduce project risk and ensure project success.The main methods and key techniques of risk management for the design and development of the coagulation analyzer are discussed.
