Risk Management Of Automobile Technology Autonomous Development Project

During project management,due to its inherence and various impact to project implementation quality,risk management is an important part of project management.Nowadays in China automobile technology autonomous development is not mature enough,same as corresponding risk management research.Therefore,it's very valuable for the whole automobile industries to establish a set of effective risk management model through research on risk identification,evaluation and response process in automobile technology autonomous development project.This article established corresponding method and process of risk identification,evaluation and response though the case of company K.First,a set of targeted management system is put forward according to project management of company K,with adjust of organization to match.Then the main risks are identified based on characteristics of automobile technology autonomous development project.What's more,these risks are evaluated in detail through FMEA,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Analytic Hierarchy Process method.After that,SWOT analyses method is adopted to check out appropriate risk response measures.At last,the implementation effect is reviewed completely to further clarify the improvement direction of this management system.
