Study On Regional Construction Strategy Of Rural Space Planning

In the current rural construction,the phenomenon of the lack of regional characteristics of rural space is thought-provoking.In these 15 years,under the background of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council focusing on the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,the Chinese countryside has ushered in a historic development opportunity.It can be foreseen that in the future,a large number of construction techniques,construction methods and planning and design theories will be applied to the practice of rural revitalization,and creating regional characteristics of the countryside is both an opportunity and a challenge.Therefore,the study of regional construction strategy based on rural spatial planning has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the theoretical system of rural spatial planning and guiding the construction of rural regional characteristics.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research experience and theoretical practice of rural spatial planning and rural regional construction at home and abroad through literature review and research.Combining field investigation and case analysis,it analyzes the factors affecting the formation of rural areas,summarizes the concrete manifestation of regional characteristics in rural space,and the intrinsic characteristics of rural space as a regional feature.Secondly,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon and causes of the lack of regional characteristics of rural space,and accordingly proposes the construction system of “excavation” plus “reconstruction” with regional as the core.Through the five aspects of “natural resources,historical humanities,industry,pattern,and style”,the existing regional characteristics of rural areas,regional characteristics of rural space representation and disappearing regional space are deeply explored.On the basis of fully refining the characteristics,the rural space with regional characteristics is protected,and the rural space without geographical features is reconstructed to re-characterize the regional characteristics.Finally,combined with the two cases of rural planning with characteristics based on regional construction by the author,based on the comprehensive characteristics of the regional common features and individual characteristics of rural individuals in Xinghua Lixiahe area,this paper proposes the construction strategy of rural spatial planning guided by classification,and applies the theoretical method to practice.
