Research On Renewal Design Of Najiahu From The Perspective Of Regional Architecture

With the rapid development of urbanization in recent years,the city has taken on a new look.With more and more people pouring into cities and towns,rural development is not only lagging behind,but also has some problems,such as imbalance of natural environment,low economic efficiency,hollowing out of rural areas,aging of empty nest population and so on.Rural problems have gradually attracted the attention of the state and society,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the upsurge of rural construction has quietly risen and developed rapidly.Architects began to explore the pure land of rural areas.There are many successful cases of in-depth research,and some of them are driven by capital and regard rural areas as profi Tableresources.Rural construction needs to seek a balance between inheritance and development,which requires us to study the relationship between the design object and the whole regional environment from a more macro perspective.In the context of the new era,the appearance,spatial form and cultural characteristics of rural areas are obviously different from those of cities.And the problem of rural construction should not be treated simply.The future development direction of China’s rural areas should be considered from a more macro perspective.This is in line with the view of regional architecture.Its theory is to excavate the potential of material and non-material form from the city,culture and natural system of the upper structure,determine and sort out the external driving force of the design project,and its purpose is to shape the new interactive relationship between the design object and its region.Firstly,this thesis introduces the development process and necessity of regional architecture and rural design from the domestic and foreign research background,puts forward the content,method and framework of the thesis,combs the three dimensions of regional architecture applied to rural design,namely rural space,rural culture and rural environment,and summarizes the principles of regional architecture applied to rural design.Secondly,in the design practice,based on a large number of visits and research in Najiahu area,from the perspective of regional architecture,using theory to guide practice,this thesis deeply explores the three dimensions of village spatial structure,regional culture and ecological landscape,and verifies the theory of this thesis through design.In the aspect of spatial structure of the village,based on the regional relevance principle of respecting the spatial order,the dynamic relevance of the spatial structure of Najiahu village is reflected through the design of functional layout,spatial form and behavior streamline;in the aspect of regional culture of the village,based on the principle of regional integration based on cultural characteristics,the dynamic relevance of the spatial structure of Najiahu village is reflected through the excavation of regional cultural themes,translation of regional cultural symbols and creation of cultural environment The three steps of regional cultural atmosphere are to shape the artistic characteristics of multi-cultural integration of Najiahu village,leaving valuable spiritual wealth to the village;in the aspect of ecological landscape of the village,based on the principle of natural and sustainable regional infiltration,the regional infiltration path of Najiahu village is constructed through the three levels of face line point.Finally,the thesis summarizes the research results and the problems encountered in the process of creation and their solutions,and puts forward the methods and strategies sui Tablefor the current rural design,hoping that the experience of this design can provide reference for other rural renewal design work.
