Research On The Regional Characteristies Of Rural Landscape In Northern Hainan

North Hainan region is the closest part of Hainan Province to the mainland.It is composed of eight han cities,Include Wenchang,Haikou,Chengmai,Danzhou,Lingao,Qionghai,Ding'an and Tunchang.North Hainan region is located on the edge of the tropical zone in terms of climate division.The unique geographical conditions,history,and culture create the unique rural landscape of This area.After China's reform and opening-up,significant changes have taken place in many aspects such as economic,cultural concepts,and social structure due to traditional villages are inevitably influenced by modern civilization with the rapid development of rural economy in North Hainan.In general,These changes are reflected in the form of rural material space,which brings about the transformation of Hainan rural landscape from traditional to modern.During the magnificent change of era,the landscape images accumulated by Hainan village under the influence of traditional farming is experiencing evolution and renewal.From the perspective of landscape architecture,the rural landscape is the result of the interaction between human beings and the environment.It is a comprehensive system that developed by human adapting to the natural environment and social humanities environment,emphasizes the characteristics of agricultural production and rural life.It comes from the daily use and public participation in human production and life,and it also fully reflects the regional characteristics in form,material,and technology.The production and living customs and rules of spatial behavior generated in this process have been passed down from generation to generation as local wisdom.Therefore,the morphological characteristics of rural landscape reflect the significant influence of humanities while reflecting the adaptation of human beings to the local natural environment.Due to this feature,the rural landscape in different regions has usually presented remarkable differences and identity,reflecting its local natural characteristic and culture.The focus and research on the rural landscape of northern Hainan is mainly based on its particular geographical environment,the living environment dominated by buildings,the production environment dominated by farmland,and the natural environment dominated by mountains and rivers.The article studies historical revolution and spatial form of northern Hainan rural landscape,analyzes the influencing factors and its intrinsic rules,clarifies the regional characteristics and value,and explores its rural landscape optimization strategy.This research is divided into four parts,including the basic research on the background and historical evolution of the rural landscape of Hainan Island(chapter 1,2,3),the study of spatial patterns(chapter 4 and 5),and the study of internal logic(chapter 6 and 7)and optimization practice research(chapter 8).First of all,the research discusses the macro-background of the formation of northern Hainan rural landscape,starting from the ways of its formation,combined with its natural geography,social culture and resource.Then,the article clearly defines the historical traces and characteristics of morphologic changes of northern Hainan rural landscape through sorting out the development and evolvement of Hainan rural landscape from three perspectives of natural environment,agricultural development,and village evolution and analyzing the key points of morphologic changes.Secondly,combined with morphology,typology,and cultural geography,the paper panoramically describes the spatial form of rural landscape in northern Hainan Island,clearly defines its macro-and micro-characteristics for the foundation of studying external factors and internal organization laws of Hainan rural landscape.Moreover,based on the historical evolution and morphological analysis,starting from the objective influences of environments and the subjective role of the human,combined with the specific research of the landscape sample,the paper thoroughly analyzes the influences of the regional natural environment and cultural environment for northern Hainan rural landscape and summarizes its regional characteristics.Finally,this paper discusses the contemporary value and optimization principle of North Hainan village landscape,analyzes its development path from three aspects: crop landscape,village landscape and landscape ecology,and illustrates it with concrete practice.By analyzing historical datas and investigating in the field,this paper answers the basic problems of the historical evolution of northern Hainan Island's rural landscape,and believes that respecting the dominant position of the natural environment,the inheritance and development of immigrant culture,and the balance of regional ecology are the major features of rural landscape of northern Hainan Island.The evolutionary path of northern Hainan Island's rural landscape sees survival as basis,production as expansion,and landscape creation as development;the keys for future development of northern Hainan rural landscape are optimizing landscape on the basis of regional resources,managing eco-system on the basis of natural,and building villages on the basis of regional environment.
