Research On The Development Strategy Of TY Space Structure Co.,Ltd.

Under the 'New Normal' of China's economy,the mode of economic development has shifted from extensive growth to intensive growth and mass-speed to quality-efficiency.The traditional elements and investment-driven economic development have also been transformed into innovation-driven and seeking new growth points.Under this guiding principle,the growth rate of the entire economy slowed down and the investment in fixed assets decreased,causing the overall slowdown in the development of the manufacturing and infrastructure sectors.The new economic environment puts forward new development requirements for construction enterprises.As a medium-sized construction company located in Xuzhou,TY Space Structure Co.,Ltd.is a company that integrates design,production and construction with a number of construction qualifications.Taking into account the development in recent years,it can be concluded that TY Space Structure Co.,Ltd.has been in a developmental bottleneck and needs to make adjustments in light of its internal and external environment.This article takes it as the research object,on the basis of the basic theory and thought of strategy,combined with the related research both at home and abroad,using SWOT analysis method,PEST analysis method and Porter five forces model and other strategic analysis tools to TY Space Structure Co.,Ltd.Based on the discussion on external environment and its own advantages and disadvantages,it formulated the corresponding SWOT strategy,the overall development strategy,business development strategy and functional development strategy to achieve the company's strategic objectives.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:First of all,through PEST and SWOT analysis,TY Space Structure Co.,Ltd.is present in the environment where both opportunities and threats coexist and its advantages and disadvantages are weak.It can take advantage of opportunities and threats,Secondly,this article has formulated the strategic goal of the enterprise,which can be decomposed into the business level and the function level.Finally,according to the environmental analysis and the strategic goal,we formulated the corresponding development strategy and the key measure.Under the framework of organizational structure,system construction and corporate culture,we figured out the specific strategies.The business development strategies mainly include market strategy,product strategy and brand strategy.The functional development strategy mainly includes three aspects:research and innovation,financial management and human resources management.
