In recent years,the domestic economic and social environment has undergone earth shaking changes,and the construction industry has become one of the important pillars of the national economy.As an important participant,construction units have greatly promoted the development of the construction industry.In the current global new situation,in order to promote the balanced growth of regional economy,the state has made major strategic arrangements such as "double cycle",which makes the development of construction enterprises face new challenges and opportunities.ZJKG group is a secondary subsidiary of China Construction Group.It has five regional companies and five steel structure manufacturing bases nationwide.It is the largest steel structure industry group in China.The group focuses on "steel structure +" business and provides customers with integrated services from investment to operation.Its western regional company is the regional company with the latest establishment and the least number of managers among the five regional companies.The western regional company is facing problems such as slow scale development and unbalanced regional market,which need to be solved urgently.Taking the western regional company of ZJKG group as the research object,this paper analyzes the strategic management of ZJKG group in the western regional development,and explores how to optimize the western regional development strategy of the company.On the basis of expounding the research status of strategic management at home and abroad,aiming at the current situation of western regional company of ZJKG group,this paper uses strategic management analysis tools to analyze its external environment and internal environment.Finally,through the SWOT matrix evaluation tool to select the strategic combination,determine the overall design idea,and put forward the strategic measures suitable for the development of Companies in the western region.The research of the thesis points out that in view of the huge opportunities and threats it faces,as well as its advantages and disadvantages,the ZJKG group western regional company should formulate a combined development strategy with specialization as the main strategy and limited diversification strategy as a supplement.That is,"mainly expand the scale,develop diversified development,give full play to technological advantages,and promote prefabricated business".At the same time,in order to implement the strategy,the strategy should be implemented from three aspects of business,brand and resources,and combined with the corresponding supporting quality assurance measures to promote the smooth and efficient implementation of the company’s strategy.In addition,on the basis of enterprise strategic management,this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the cases of large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises,and formulates relevant development strategies and implementation safeguards,which have certain reference value for the development of the same industry.
