| With the progress and development of economy,the role of enterprise strategy for enterprises is becoming more and more important and gradually paid attention to.The steady development of our country’s economy is good for businesses,and demands are getting higher.In order to cope with development,enterprises must develop under the leadership of the right corporate strategy.As a comprehensive construction enterprise,M Co.,Ltd.must follow the laws of economic globalization,information technology,market construction direction and constantly changing external environment.In addition to facing constant challenges,it also provides a huge opportunity for our development.Based on new opportunities and challenges,the adjustment of corporate strategies for companies in the traditional construction industry has become more important for their survival and development.The strategic development research under the new circumstances is in line with the long-term development of the company,and is also a necessary means to improve the strategic competitiveness of the company.This paper has a strong application value,whether it is for the strategic research of M company or for the development strategy of traditional construction enterprises,it has certain reference significance.M company is chosen as the research object of this paper to study how traditional construction enterprises should adjust and formulate strategies under the new situation.First,through reading a large number of theoretical literature,the theory is summarized.The macro environment is analyzed with PEST model,and then the current industry environment of construction enterprises is analyzed with Porter’s Five Forces Model.Then,the research object of this paper,M Company,has carried on a more comprehensive internal environment analysis.Based on the detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of M Company,the SWOT analysis tool is used to identify and analyze the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses that M Company is now facing,laying a solid foundation for formulating the strategy of M Company below.Including overall strategy for diversified development strategy,in terms of development direction,M company main business is still consolidate the traditional main market on the basis of the increase of new infrastructure construction,municipal,water and other multivariate market development,in the construction of regional plate,we need to consolidate the development of Beijing,to promote domestic market of project construction,support foreign projects;Competitive strategy(business strategy)through the analysis of M company to take the total cost leading,differentiation and expansion of production scale three complementary competitive strategy;Combined with the company’s actual,overall strategy,competitive strategy put forward six functional strategy.With the rapid market changes and fierce competition,it is easy to be eliminated without changing itself.After the development strategy of M Company is perfected,it is hoped that it can be applied to the actual development to improve its competitiveness and develop into a stronger comprehensive state-owned construction enterprise. |
