The small and medium-sized enterprises are the engines and inevitable trend of economic development.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region lies in the Midwest of China and is relatively backward in economic development.Particularly,the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in this region is seriously backward.The weak self-renovation capability,difficult financing,the shortage of talents and competitiveness,confusing management and the lack of long-term development strategies etc.have seriously impeded the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises in this region.With the transregional adjustment of our macroeconomic policy,especially after Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is ranked among the provinces covered by the western development strategies,the economic development of Inner Mongolia steep into a new stage.The small and medium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia have developed greatly,which increases the employment and promotes the long-term stability in economic development and the growth of new industry.This is related not only to the creativity and competitiveness of our enterprises,but to our economic growth rate and quality,the economic reform and structural adjustment,even to the stability of the country.Enterprise development strategy is the action guide and the key of the successful development for the enterprises.In this article,the LT company is chosen as an example to analyze the common problems and characteristics of the small and medium-sized road construction enterprises and their future developmental direction.In the article,the political,economic,social and technical environments for the LT company are analyzed by PEST methods.The LT company's superiority and inferiority and market conditions for the opportunities and threats are analyzed deeply by SWOT method and the centralized strateges are proposed.Based on the developmental characteristics of the LT company and the small and medium-sized enterprises,the strategic measures "Socialization of Financing,Companization of Organization,and Capitalization of Management" are proposed,which will provide some effective ways for the LT company to form the core competitiveness in the market competition and win the lasting competitive advantages.This article mainly includes the following parts:the first part,introduction,mainly introduces the background,purpose,and significance of the article as well as the development strategy theories used in the article;the second part,analysis of the development background of LT company,mainly analyzes the situation,problems,development environment,industrial and scale characteristics of LT company etc.;the third part,analysis of the strategic environment and ability of LT company;the fourth part,analysis of SWOT and the enterprise strategies of LT company;the fifth part,execution of the strategic measures;the sixth part,conclusions.
