In 2022,The complex and ever-changing international situation in 2022,the global economic recession,and the decoupling between China and the United States have accelerated the continuous changes in the global system.In 2022,China’s gross domestic product exceeded 120 trillion yuan,an increase of only 3% compared to the previous year.Although China achieved positive results in efficient coordination of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development in 2022,stabilizing the macroeconomic situation.However,it is undeniable that China’s economic development has bid farewell to the stage of rapid development.Under the triple pressure of reduced domestic market demand,overcapacity,and a decrease in people’s confidence in the future,the foundation for economic recovery is still not solid.As an important engine of domestic economic growth,the construction industry will adapt to the changes in international and domestic situations,both inside and outside the industry,and achieve green,low-carbon,and high-quality development,which will become an important ballast stone for stable economic growth in China.Against this backdrop,construction enterprises such as China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and First Company should formulate scientific development strategies,dare to take the lead,turn risks into opportunities,and achieve high-quality development of enterprises in the new situation.This article takes China Construction Third Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and analyzes the company through relevant knowledge and research methods in management,especially strategic management.PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Model,and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the international and domestic macro environment,construction industry,and enterprises,A deeper understanding of the current development status and existing problems of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and One Company has been obtained,and corresponding development strategy measures have been proposed.Finally,based on the company’s development goals and current actual situation,a diversified development strategy was chosen.While stabilizing the traditional housing construction sector,we vigorously expanded the market in non advantageous areas,transformed and upgraded,actively promoted the marketing layout in the infrastructure field,and made efforts to fill in shortcomings and increase efficiency,achieving the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise and high-quality development..This article conducts scientific and objective research on marketing management,lean construction management,contract performance and service management,innovation management,digital management,and other related aspects of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau and One Company,and identifies these aspects as the path for the implementation of enterprise development strategies.Marketing management: focus on core resources and create business card projects;Stabilize core areas and break through key cities;Adhere to the company’s industrial diversification,explore new business forms,and accelerate transformation and upgrading;Improve the diversification of public resources and focus on high-end resources;Drive the implementation of construction projects with investment,try to operate back-end projects,and explore various cooperation modes.Lean construction management: improve planning level;Focus on rapid construction;Strengthen high-quality construction;Improve wisdom building;Conduct lean evaluation.Performance and service management: customer centric,improving customer satisfaction;Frontline agency service projects.In terms of innovation management: improve the construction of scientific and technological systems to achieve internal and external coordination;Strengthen technical center service to support lean construction;Strengthen technical bidding ability and support market development;Focus on research in the field of innovation and create leading advantages.Digital management: Fully promote digital transformation and carry out process reengineering;Enrich application scenarios;Strengthen data governance;Accelerate product research and promotion,and carry out research on intelligent construction products that integrate construction,operation,and maintenance.Given the implementation path,there is also a need for implementation safeguards.In order to smoothly implement the diversified development strategy of the enterprise,the following safeguards have been formulated for the implementation of the strategy: party building guidance safeguards,top-level design and institutional safeguards,financial intelligence and audit safeguards,and human resources safeguards.
